Hace dos semana fui por un delivery, y cuando llegue todavía no estaba listo el delivery me dijeron que la comida estará listo en 40 minutos, y al final, cliente y me bajaron 5. Puntos de mi rating y y ayer espere 30 u. Delivery porqué no estaba listo por eso me hizo tardé para entregar y me bajaron 3 puntos de rating ahora quiero saber porqué me bajaron mis puntos porqué en realidad no es culpa que la comida no esté lista a tiempo por eso no llega a tiempo con los cliente en este caso no entiendo porqué me bajaron mis puntos porqué no es mi culpa

Yo creé mi cuenta de Zifty para trabajar como driver haciendo entregas pero cuando voy a entrar hoy para ver si me abrió la aplicación cuando pongo mi número de teléfono no me abre necesito ver si me puede ayudar con eso

Estoy en la tienda panda express y resulta que la hora en la que me dice la aplicación que debo recoger la orden no es la hora, la tienda me dice que ellos tienen la hora de la recogida a las 5 y algo de la tarde, entonces no puedo ni cancelar ni recoger la orden, necesito solucionar lo antes posible.
